Now it is definitely to late to harwest low hanging fruits (Was: You are to late now for these - or you are not)

Hi again,

just to let you know: The full chain of dependencies for the new
version of r-bioc-cummerbund is now in SVN. We are now waiting for
ftpmaster to accept the whole chain of dependencies which might last for
the next weeks.

The only support you now can provide is taking over the boring business
of filing ITP bugs to finish the formalism for the packages that are
just in SVN. I'd be perfectly fine if somebody wants to have some
training in using the bug tracking system for intent to package bugs.
Here is a list of packages in the queue:

$ grep  "Initial release (closes: #[^0-9]" r-bioc-*/trunk/debian/changelog
r-bioc-altcdfenvs/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-biomart/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???).
r-bioc-biovizbase/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-bsgenome/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #?????)
r-bioc-genomicfeatures/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-gviz/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???).
r-bioc-hypergraph/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-makecdfenv/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-rsamtools/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???)
r-bioc-rtracklayer/trunk/debian/changelog: * Initial release (closes: #???).

BTW, a new month has started and no student applied for Mentoring of
Month[1]. I can not believe that people are hanging around here who are
not interested in doing some guided packaging. So please do not be shy
work on a package of your interest together with me.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
