I pulled your changes and reviewed them.

Please pull again - some change in manpage was left.

This is nice -- you added our publication.

We try to add all relevant citations to any of our packages to make sure:

   - upstream gets rewarded
   - users get informed

I added another one that was published recently, but I am not sure of the format
so can you review this

     git://github.com/sebhtml/debian-med-ray.git genome-biology-publication

If this is correct, I'll push that into debian-med/ray.git master

Hmmm, can't see the difference (probably my fault). The best way to
teach the format is to give a valid example:

    http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-med/trunk/packages/rostlab/disulfinder/trunk/debian/upstream?view=markup

Feel free to push your change and I'll double check the syntax (we have
some automatic gatherer of these files that is verifying the syntax as
well.)

Please note: We are displaying currently only the "first" publication
(that comes first inside the debian/upstream file) in our web sentinel

    http://debian-med.alioth.debian.org/tasks/bio

So please make sure you mention the publication that is more important
to you in the beginning of this file. (We need to do some more work to
make some more gain in cases when there are more than one publication.)

Thanks for your cooperation

        Andreas.
