Hi Carlos,

we still have a couple of days to upload it.

One thing that was missing in 0.6.1 is a NEWS.Debian file that will warn the
users that the 0.6.x version line uses a different format for the indexes, and
that therefore they will not be able to align until the rebuild these indexes,
which can take a fair amount of time.  Do you think you can prepare such a file ?

PS: Tophat 2.0.4 is still marked beta, and given the "strong recommendation" to
upgrade from 2.0.2, I feel confirmed it is best to not upload in Sid.
