FWIW -- unfortunately still fails with systemwide fftw3 3.3.1-4
The following tests FAILED:
608 - itkFFTWF_FFTTest (SEGFAULT)
609 - itkFFTWF_RealFFTTest (SEGFAULT)
610 - itkVnlFFTWF_FFTTest (SEGFAULT)
614 - itkVnlFFTWD_FFTTest (SEGFAULT)
615 - itkVnlFFTWD_RealFFTTest (SEGFAULT)
2204 - DigitallyReconstructedRadiograph1Test (Failed)
