I forgot to mention explicitely that the metainformation on the right of
http://debian-med.alioth.debian.org/tasks/bio-dev#python-pysam
points to the Git reporistory were other members of the Debian Med team
have done their work.

Just contains some better starting point for a valid copyright file.
