I pushed some changes which IMHO make it fit for ITP+upload but I have
no idea whether you had further enhancements in mind.  Just ping me if
you want me to proceed on this path.

IMHO a Suggests might not really harm - it is also to enable us
developers who might observe packages in the tasks so I personally
rather tend to include something instead of leaving it out.
