I do not believe this is strictly required. Anyway having the package
is all what it really count, even if I believe a better umbrella org
would have been Debian XML/SGML Group (BTW I am also on debian-med so
I am biased).

As long as you have already a sponsor, please discard my offer. No
need to do duplicate work here.

#debian-mentors or debian-med might be the place to start :)
