mobyle upload

Hi Charles,
I've checked the packages of mobyle (mobyle and mobyle-programs) with
the upstream team, they tested the packages on their side.
They gave me a "go" for the upload with the version 1.2.0. So, could you
please upload those packages for me ?

PS: I have fixed a few things, so you should update code before build.
