Ahh, it might be that Christoph wanted to know how to

    apt-get install tm-align

Christoph, if you are using Debian stable you will not find this in your
set of installable Debian packages because it is currently only in
testing because it was introduced into Debian to late to make it into
the latest stable release.

In principle there are two chances to get the binary package installed
on your system:  Use the package from testing (which should most
probably work) or build the package locally.  If your question was
targeting into this direction and you have no idea how to realise these
hints feel free to ask in more detail.
