Hello,

Please also talk to Pjotr and Tim ... There is much prior art to
that article that was not cited in
http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1002147
, which is bad enough, after all it's a PLoS comp biol, but there
is little point in _us_ tripling or quadrupling the existing efforts
even among ourselves.

Brad from CloudBioLinux has kindly prepared a
pure Debian variant with their cloud image building tool. And everyone of
us can join in to give things some custom edge to it all. To me, after
all I know about the biological cloud community, this basically ends
the discussion for me how to do it.

Southport?

Best,

Steffen
