OSCAR 10.12 has been packaged



oscar-mcmaster has been packaged for Ubuntu and similar

The deb is new (flakey and untested in debian)
The project has whiskers with 30% market share in Ontario with
hundreds of users in Canada (English and French) and some users in
South America (Spanish interface)
