Source code for ClonalFrame available?

Hi Xavier,
[just BCCing you to not uncover your email on a public mailing list
archive because you took means to hide it on your contacts page]

I'm writing on behalf of the Debian Med project which tries to assemble
Free Software for bio-medical research in a ready to install form inside
the Debian GNU/Linux system (and thus as a consequence into Ubuntu). A
colleague of mine started using ClonalFrame and thus I'm considering it
a good target for including it into Debian. When reading the doc[1]
I learned that

"The source code for the ClonalFrame executable and the graphical user
   interface are available on request."

The question is: what will be the license of this code in case I might
consider packaging it for Debian? Any free license (like GPL, BSD or
something like this) would be really great - however, I warn you that
the inclusion into Debian implicitely means that the source code will be
available from any Debian mirror in the world. It would be really
great if you would consider to provide the source under a free license
and might make your program even more popular in the bio-medical
researchers world because Debian and its bio-medical derivatives seem to
become more and more interesting by assembling a useful set of tools
which covers all workfields in Biology.

Kind regards

        Andreas.
