DCMTK 3.6.0 in trunk (Re: DCMTK exp upload (was Re: SPECT reconstruction + question))

All,

  I believe I am almost done with the packaging of dcmtl 3.6.0. The
last remaining issue is the SONAME change. I changed the numbering
from 1 to 2 but I did not add any conflicts entry in the
debian/control file.
