The binary packages (.deb files) aren't usefull for review. We need
the .dsc, .orig.tar.gz (or .orig.tar.bz2) and the .diff.gz
(.debian.tar.gz or .debian.tar.bz2) files.

Uploading the files to mentors
(http://mentors.debian.net/cgi-bin/maintainer-intro) is better if you
don't have a place to host the files.
