package stalled by postgresql

Hi there,

 I am looking at:  

http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?staller=postgresql-8.4

 And gdcm (and thus ITK) is stalled by postgresql 8.4, the line says:

Not touching package, as requested by adeodato (contact debian-release if update is needed) 

 Do I need to do anything ?
