BTW, I have been re-reading the debian-cli policy:

http://pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org/cli-policy/ch-packaging.html#s-build-deps

and apparently I shouldn't be doing that, but instead do:

Build-Depends : cli-common-dev, mono-gmcs

I am not sure if there are any differences,
