Skipping one release: GDCM 2.0.10 -> 2.0.12

Quick question: is this ok if I skip one release of the GDCM package ?
2.0.10 has been uploaded but 2.0.12 is available. Am I required to
upload first 2.0.11 ? As the official maintainer I know that 2.0.11
does not provide anything more than 2.0.12.
