Dear Andrea,

do not hesitate to contact us on the debian-med mailing list (CC'ed) for
that kind of issue. I think that we could have great synergies together.

dialign-t-doc is in non-free because it is missing sources. I do not
like it, but that is the way it works…

Upstram of dialign-t offered his help, but strangely he never answered
to any of my messages:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2007-December/000889.html

In our high-SPAM area, it may be that my messages never reached his
mailbox (I do not use my ISP's SMTP server, and there are some places
that blacklist me for this, although I have not head of places that drop
my messages. In addition I know that there are a few MTU blackholes
between me and the rest of the world).

So maybe you can try to drop him a mail ? If we get the sources, I'd be
happy to merge dialign-t-doc and dialign-t.

Have a nice day,
