sorry sorry ok the build.xmlwas not in the path :) now all is in the
path but:
BUILD FAILED
/home/paolinux/Devel/debbian/imagej-1.41l/build.xml:9: Unable to find a
javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-gcj-4.3-1.5.0.0/jre"

dpkg-buildpackage: failure: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2


Andreas i saw in the changelog you wrote:

* debian/rules: Excluded sun java from JAVA_HOME to make sure imagej
    can go to main

but now java is under gpl or i'm wrong ?
