Ahh, OK you have in mind to copy README.Source from a package available
at build time instead to symlink to a file which comes with a package
that is installed as dependency (as I had in mind).  This probably makes
sense.

`med-doc' indeed seems a
good target for providing our group policy and a document referred by
README.source (in the end, why not our policy itself?).

Well, as I admitted earlier: med-doc is in a very, very bad shape and
it is me who is to blame about this. :-(
But I hope to get this fixed in the not so distant future...
