Hi Andreas,

I did not have so much time to check how useful the tools are, but they
deal with the output of one brand of next-generation DNA sequencers,
which is potentially interesting for keeping Debian-Med up to date in
this field. Unfortunately, I a still very limited in online work for the
next few weeks. So we can add the program on our list, but there is no
promise that it would be packaged soon by me: I am accumulating a bigger
and bigger backlog.
