GDCM2 : An Open Source DICOM library

Hi there,

  A long time ago I requested someone to take over packaging for GDCM.
3 years later the project has grown up and is now in its second
generation, we moved the development over to sf.net. The source code
is distributed under a new style BSD license. And package for debian
are available under the file section:

debian package

What do I need else to make it officially a debian package ?
