This meta package will install tools for several purposes in health care.
Currently it contains some simple programs for Personal Health. Please note
that there are also suggested packages which are not installed in any
circumstance but only if the user asks for installing these.
The meta package currently contains the prospective package information
for the NetEpi suite which definitely does not fit this category and
will get a new category once we really have such a package.
