What web page are you talking about?

      Google: "Debian-Med" ;-)

There you can find ToDo lists for Debian-Med packager sorted in
different sections.

There is
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMedImaging?highlight=%28FSL%29
which seems to be quite up-to-date (Michael H. seems to like to edit it
at least weekly) and there is
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/imaging

Well, these two are just about imaging, but we have mor sections
in Debian-Med.

which is somewhat outdated (just teasing: pynifti made it through the
NEW recently)

This just shows that a Wiki is sometimes faster than a web site and
I hope the latter will be updated soon. I just learned that the web
pages need more than 10 hours from committing the wml to rendered pages
because the webpage is just lacking mummer and pyepl.

none of those mentioned pyepl neighter mummer

Which is right because they belong to

    http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/microbio resp.
    http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/research

(at least I decided for the latter in the pyepl case.)

Thanks in advance

No problem and thanks for you interest

       Andreas.
