What web page are you talking about?
There is
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMedImaging?highlight=%28FSL%29
which seems to be quite up-to-date (Michael H. seems to like to edit it
at least weekly) and there is
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/imaging
which is somewhat outdated (just teasing: pynifti made it through the
NEW recently)
none of those mentioned pyepl neighter mummer
