I think all important questions are just answered. So for the moment
we should definitely start with a simple package and static libraries
for experimental. Once it comes to a need for a dev package we could
add this stuff later. Junichi's library packaging guide is not really
fast food so let's climb the lower mountains first before we go up
higher.
