BioPython available

Hello,

some time ago Philipp Benner <mail@philipp-benner.de> packaged
BioPython as package python-biopython (Thanks Philipp!). I sponsored
this package and it is now in Sarge.

It is quite similar as BioPerl which is included in med-bio-dev
meta package but - as the name says - for Python programmers.

We should include this package on our Web page and testers are always
welcome.

I guess it is time to upload new Debian-Med packages which do include
the packages which are included in the last time. The reason why I
stalled new Debian-Med upload is the following: I did heavy changes
in the methods which are used to build these meta packages (cdd).
These methods are not yet carefully tested. But I decided to get
GnuMed packaged before I start working (testing) cdd again. GnuMed
packages are in a quite good shape except of the server part. I have
some drastical changes done on my local disk with this server part
but this is not yet finished. The problem is that I wanted to follow
the new Debian Database packaging policy which is not yet finished.
But I hope to get something out next week and once I moved GnuMed
packages to Debian mirror (distribution experimental for the first
time) meta packages will come into focus again.

If somebody sees any urgent reason to change meta packages quickly
(= before Sarge releases) please speak up now and I will build
it with the old system again.

Kind regards

          Andreas.
