ANNOUNCE: usfda-ndc-drug-info v0.4

Hi,

   I am pleased to announce that a new version of usfda-ndc-drug-info
has been released. This version boasts:

	* a manual page
	* a binary Debian package

   This release also changes the name of the database file and
database description file so if anyone has been using medfo (which, to
my understanding, is the only program dependent upon
usfda-ndc-drug-info), you will need to upgrade to the latest CVS
version and hand-modify where the database is located in the following
files:

	config.h
	Makefile
