ANNOUNCE: usfda-ndc-drug-info v0.3

Hi,

   I am pleased to announce that usfda-ndc-drug-info v0.3 has been
released and is available for immediate download in source form at:

	http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=77925

   This release boasts a new, automated build and install system based
on GNU's autotools (automake, autoconf, etc) and should build and
install out-of-the-box for any Woody system that has the prerequisite
development tools, specifically:

	* BerkeleyDB 3
		- libdb3++
		- libdb3++-dev
	* xsltproc
		- xsltproc
	* an http fetching mechanisim
		- wget
		- lynx
		- libwww-perl
	* unzip
		- unzip

    This new release also fixes some data integrity errors.
