When reporting problems like this it is really quite important to
include complete output.

It is correct that the build of 115.7.0esr-1~deb10u1 amd64 failed for
amd64. However, it is not clear how apt on your system came to think
that 115.7.0esr-1~deb10u1 was a viable installation candidate.

What is the output of the following command?

apt-cache policy firefox-esr

Also, what is the full output of the failing installation command that
you attempted?
