debian 10 security firefox-esr upgrade failing

Trying to upgrade firefox-esr from 115.6.0esr to 115.7.0esr-1~deb10u1
(architecture amd64) -- which apt-update indicates should work -- I get
66 packages not upgraded. According to the package web page,

https://packages.debian.org/buster/firefox-esr

115.7.0esr-1~deb10u1 seems not to be in the repository for amd64.
Presumably the build failed??

This is exactly like what happened with 115.6.0esr. Could someone fix
please?
