(E)LTS report for June & July

Hi, during the month of June I spent 16h (of 17 assigned) on LTS on the
following tasks:

- CVE triaging
- php5 update
- looked at vim update, coordinated with maintainer
- poppler update
- dbus update
- thunderbird update
- firefox-esr update
- another thunderbird update

During the month of July I spent 5h (of 18.5) on:

- firefox and thunderbird updates (took longer than usual due to a problem on
unzip caused by the last security update which I had to investigate to find the
root cause)

For ELTS, I spent 10h on June on the following tasks:

- php5 update
- mysql-5.5 EOL
- CVE triaging
- dbus update
- intel-microcode update

No work done on July.
