My Debian LTS activities in October 2018

Hi,

In October 2018 I had available 28 hours --that I am carrying from
previous months-- to work on Debian LTS under the Freexian umbrella. I
spent ten of them in the following:

* dnsruby: finished the work and released [DLA 1542-1].
* clamav: released [DLA 1553-1] to update the package to the new 0.100.2
  upstream version.
* tzdata: released [DLA 1563-1], updating the package to the 2018g version.
* qemu: started working on open CVEs. The work-in-progress is available at
  https://salsa.debian.org/santiago/qemu/tree/debian-jessie-wip 

I expect to use the remaining available hours this month. Sorry for the
backlog.
