which sources I should keep in sources.list?

I have four now:

- main squeeze
- updates (formerly volatile)
- security updates
- LTS updates

I expect moving squeese-updates (formerly backports) along with security
updates to main archive and leave only it and LTS.

I am not sure I parse your question properly...
You need squeeze, squeeze security and squeeze lts for LTS working
properly.

volatile and backports are completelly up to you.

What I mean:
- will content of squeeze-updates (volatile) on mirrors remain there?
- will content of squeeze security updates remain on security.debian.org?
- will they stay there during all LTS phase?

I would expect moving content to main archive as usually happens with point
releases. After that, security and "volatile" arechives could be removed,
couldn't they?

I'm not sure about backports, will people care about security support in
them? (well, if they are taken out of wheezy, this question has no point).
