Before your reply, I made another tests, and the tarball worked, but, the problem was in the instalation script whitch always returned an error.
I was talking with Otávio Salvador about the tests.. and When I was testing the tarballs, I've got a problem with GPG keys ...

I'll return to make this tests on friday .. I'll try to install the package "lsb-dtk-manager" in repo... and I'll report my results here.

Sorry for the late reply.  Did you get these issues figured out?

FWIW, alien will usually require the RPM.  The tarballs in the "bundles"
section are tarballs of RPMs.  They should convert easily with "alien
-ick <pkg>".

I'd recommend grabbing DTK Manager (package "lsb-dtk-manager" in the
repository, or available in the bundles); it will download the other tests.
