Please send merge requests - up to you how you split them

I'm not sure what would it take to fix the search for the new live
pages, if it cannot or nobody volunteers to do so then I think it makes
sense to remove references to it

live-manual applies to live-build, and debian live cds are not build
with live-build, so I'd say either A or C
