Dear Live Systems Maintainers,

#891635 - override: hdparm:admin/optional:
	https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=891635
changed hdparm priority from standard to optional.

Therefore, live-task-standard should not depend on hdparm.

Untested patch below.
