In the interest of trying to move this forward, I have submitted a merge
request to the 'live-tasks' repo on salsa:

https://salsa.debian.org/live-team/live-tasks/merge_requests/1

Essentially, the proposal is to create a new metapackage named
"live-task-standard", which could be used as the basis for a "standard"
console-only live ISO.
