Bug#849015: netboot support

Source: live-wrapper
Severity: wishlist

It would be nice to have lwr generate net-bootable images. live-build
used to have a `--binary-images netboot` option and while I am not
*exactly* sure how it works, it seems to create a tarball that we can
then deploy on a TFTP server...

I *may* be possible to boot the ISO image from a tftp server directly,
with a hack like syslinux's ISO support, but I never really got this
to work reliably.

I am trying to migrate my live image from debirf - which can generate
a ISO image or a initrd with everything inside. I wonder if
vmdebootstrap could do a similar magic to build a simple
vmlinuz/initrd combination with all we need...
