I also confirmed that upgrading klibc-utils and libklibc to 2.0.4-9 with 
busybox 1.22.0-19 does _NOT_ solve this issue. The live system I have 
created now has a kernel panic with error messages:
run-init: opening console: No such file or directory

However, if I revert busybox to 1.22.0-18 and keep klibc-utils and 
libklibc as 2.0.4-9, the live system boots successfully.
