The problem ist that /usr/lib/syslinux/isohdpfx.bin is not located in
/usr/lib/syslinux/mbr/isohdpfx.bin.
So you could copy/link the stuff in the chroot folder and run binary.sh
yourself.
At least something like this worked for me.
