Bug#743187: [live-boot] Locale of postgresql default table in live-system

Package: live-boot
Version: 3.0.1-1
Severity: normal

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---

Dear developpers,

I'm having some issues when using postgresql in a live-system.
If I have postgresql in desktop.list.chroot, postgresql seems to create a test table with iso locale, and not UTF-8. It then crashes installation of airtime which needs UTF-8 table.
If I install postgresql once booted in live-system, everything works fine.

--- Part of my lb config ---
lb config noauto \
     --architectures '$ARCH' \
--bootappend-live "boot=live config locales=fr_FR.UTF-8 keyboard-layouts=fr username='$USER' persistence timezone=Europe/Paris"

Let me know if you need more information.

Thanks for your help
