first it says "Please do not send add requests for your key if you are
not an existing DD", and second i don't like proprietary bug trackers
(the ones where i'm able to open tickets but not view tickets) since i
prefere the 'we don't hide things' idea.
as anyone that meeds the DD criticeria can do that instead of me, i
prefer someone else doing it.
