Sorry, I assumed you already knew. I just looked for a documentation
page to describe this, but no useful results that I can find. :-(
You'll need to get added to the debian-role-keys keyring. I'm guessing
that's maintained via rt.debian.org in the same fashion as normal keys
(see http://keyring.debian.org/), but it would be nice if the docs
there said that explicitly (adding a CC to keyring-maint).
