Bug#738198: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Package: live-boot
Version: 4.0~alpha18-1
Severity: important

- --- Please enter the report below this line. ---

The persistence feature is broken when the package
live-boot/experimental & live-boot-initramfs-tools/
experimental is
installed with the new 3.12.9-1-686-pae kernel that was just migrated
to jessie/testing on 2-5-14. There is an error during boot that states
that /tmp/custom-mounts.list could not be located. When using the
prior kernel image 3.12.6-2-686-pae everything works fine.
