What exactly are you wanting in regards to this issue?
Either warn the user that an SSH server has been installed & configured
to run on boot, or present him with a list of services to run on boot
with sensible defaults already checked.
The LiveCD installer installs Debian the same as the LiveCD.
If you want the normal installer (with sensible defaults already checked,
including services), then use the normal Debian Installer.

Got you, it takes installing the Live CD by an awful mistake, having your PC abused as a botnet node, and remember to never do that again. A lesson of life :)
