Ok, nevermind my configs,

Your iso file has been built successfully, but did it work? I mean,
cmdline parameters
were parsed and applied? You was able to login to a live system?

You are using sid, right?

If yes, I will try to follow Ben's advice and put everything into auto/ folder.
