not really, it's just as 'bad'.
to be more precise:
* first, please don't use 'debian' and 'debian-live' as parts of your
project name.
'debian' and 'debian-live' are our projects names and nothing
outside the project shall use in its own name.
(also, as you might now, debian is a trademark in the significant
juristictions, so legally you would need to first ask for
permission by the project to use the debian trademark anyway)
* second (this doesn't apply to your project as far as i could see,
but jftr), don't name your own stuff live-*.
this is our namespace that we use for the official debian-live
components and software names should be unique and consistent.
* third, as a *description* (!= name) for your project, it's
certainly appropriate to mention live-build in it, e.g.:
Foobar - a Development Environment for live-build
or
Foobar - My Development Environment for live-build
note the indefinite article (or pronoun in the second case) which
points out that it's one particular 'Development Environment' for
live-build, one amongst others, and not *the* developement
environment, as if there's only one and implying it's *the* official
one.
fulfilling this requests shouldn't be hard, there are plenty of other
possibilities to name stuff, and i'm sure you can be creative and come
up with something unique on your own (or use one of the numerous name
generators on the internet for inspiration).
Hope that makes it a bit more clear.
