you're building testing, testing is a moving target, your local package
probably needs some adjustments for the last two months of changes
within wheezy.
again, this has nothing to do with live-build and you'll have the same
error if you build ith 3.0~a45-1 today.

fix your local package; since you didn't share it, there's no way to
tell what's broken in it.
