Anyway, this is even better to both watch *and* capture log output
simultaneously (and if you use auto scripts, see chapter 6 of
live-manual, this is done automatically for you by auto/build):

$ lb config --packages-lists xfce
$ sudo lb build 2>&1 | tee build.log
